Light Food & Refreshments

In all of our flights, Kosova Airline offers it passengers’ refreshments and light food aboard our international routes and world class service.

All Kosova Airlines flights are smoke-free!

Electrical Equipment

In order to ensure prudent navigation systems, all electronic equipment must be switched off at take-off and landing.

After the “Fasten Your Seat-Belt” sign is off, you may continue using the following equipment:

• Laptop computers without a CD-ROM drive
• Video Game Consoles (i.e. Gameboy)
• Video-cameras
• Personal Stereo Systems

Throughout the flight, the following equipment may not be used:

• Mobile Phones
• Wireless equipment (i.e. hand radios, remote control toys, etc.)
• Laptops with a CD-Rom drive
• Our flight attendants will be happy to assist you if you doubt whether certain special equipment can be aboard.

Security
Certainly, our passengers’ safety is our priority. Therefore, members of our airplane staff can take the necessary and reasonable measures to ensure a safe flight and security for passengers. For safety purposes, the noted items are not strictly forbidden to be carried on board. Please, submit items, such as: knifes scissors, etc., with your checked-in luggage. Dangerous items are not allowed on board; with you checked-in luggage, or hand luggage.

Among others, these are:

• Firecrackers
• Flammables, i.e. paint, and lacquers
• Articles containing toxic gases, etc.
